It’s been an exciting few months since welcoming 240 Queen Street, fondly known as our Queen of Hearts, into the Quintessential family. From day one, we've been committed to living out our Love The Tenant philosophy, ensuring that every tenant feels valued, supported, and part of a thriving community.

We’ve kicked off a series of activations aimed at enhancing the tenant experience. Tenants have enjoyed sweet treats like ice cream and cupcake deliveries, while we hosted a blood bank drive to promote community well-being. In line with our commitment to elevating tenant spaces, we also unveiled fresh, new signage across the building, setting the tone for future upgrades and improvements.

During our recent Quintessential Summit, the entire team had the opportunity to tour 240 Queen Street, witnessing firsthand the ongoing transformation of this iconic property. These activations have laid the groundwork for what’s to come as we continue to create an environment where tenants not only work but thrive.
