100KWS "Snap, Share, Win" Competition – Terms and Conditions (Consumer Competition)

1. Eligibility

The Consumer Competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, except employees of Quintessential Australia and their immediate families.

‍

2. How to Enter

Visit 100 King William Street, Adelaide, during standard business hours.
Snap a photo with the Australiana-themed hoarding.
Post the photo on Instagram, tagging @QuintessentialAustralia and using the hashtag #EverydayExciting100KWS.
Ensure your Instagram account is public to be eligible, as entries must be visible to our contest management system.
All entrants must be appropriately clothed when participating.

3. Competition Period

The competition starts on 17 October 2024 and ends on 15 November2024. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be eligible.

4. Prizes

Weekly prizes up to $100 in value, including vouchers for Adelaide-based experiences such as cafes, Adelaide Zoo, Cleland Wildlife Park, or the Adelaide Oval Rooftop Climb.
A total prize pool of $400 will be distributed over the course of the competition.
Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message.

5. Judging Criteria

Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and alignment with the Australiana theme.
Quintessential reserves the right to select winners, with all decisions being final.

6. Publicity

By entering, participants consent to their content being used for Quintessential's marketing purposes, including sharing on social media and the website.

7. General Terms

Entrants must visit 100KWS during standard business hours and adhere to building guidelines.
Quintessential reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at its discretion.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

The Influencer Competition is open to verified Instagram influencers aged 18years or over, residing in Australia, who are invited to participate by Quintessential Australia. Employees of Quintessential Australia and their immediate families are excluded from this competition.

2. How to Enter

Influencers must visit 100 King William Street, Adelaide, during standard business hours.
Create and post an Instagram Reel or Carousel featuring the Australiana-themed hoarding.
Tag @QuintessentialAustralia and include the hashtag #EverydayExciting100KWS.
Ensure your Instagram account is public to be eligible, as entries must be visible to our contest management system.
All entrants must be appropriately clothed when participating.

The winning influencer will receive a $2,000 Visa gift card.
The winner will also receive exclusive access to upcoming Quintessential events.

Quintessential reserves the right to judge and select the winner, with all decisions being final.
