Our investment approach is dynamic yet simple. We exercise discipline and patience to only acquire properties which meet all of our strict-purchasing criteria.
Upon acquisition, we leverage our in-house expertise in engineering, construction and property management to not only extract value for our investors, but more importantly, mitigate risk. Capital preservation is absolutely fundamental to our approach.

With over 15 years of experience across Australian and UK investment markets, Daniel Colman brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Head of Wholesale Invest at Quintessential. His background spans property asset management, capital raising, debt origination, M&A, and investor relations, making him a key player in identifying and driving new investment opportunities for both Quintessential and its clients.
Daniel’s passion for property investment, combined with his strategic approach, strengthens our commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for our investors.
Before joining Quintessential, Daniel held senior roles at domestic and global firms including Impact Investment Group, Growthpoint Properties Australia, National Australia Bank, Goldman Sachs, and Barclays. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Applied Finance, further supporting his deep understanding of financial markets and investment strategy.

With a career spanning fifteen years, Lisa has a wealth of experience in managing projects and events across the financial services industry.
Lisa’s resume includes numerous years with both Goldman Sachs and Macquarie Group across their offices in Perth, London, and Melbourne.
She joined Quintessential in 2022 from BHP and brings with her a dedication to building long-term relationships through exceptional service delivery.
