Introducing Bill Thurgood, our invaluable General Manager of Finance at Quintessential.

Since joining us in 2021, Bill has infused our team with over 15 years of rich experience in professional practices, property development, and construction businesses. His financial acumen spans from meticulous reporting to strategic debt procurement. A Chartered Accountant since 2010, Bill also boasts a Masters in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

Reflecting on his role at Quintessential, Bill shared, "What I love most about working at Quintessential is the shared values that define our culture. Bill's most memorable achievement at Quintessential has been working on property acquisitions, securing over $400 million in debt facilities to support nearly $700 million in property acquisitions.

Outside of work, Bill is kept busy by his three kids but still finds time to participate in Parkruns whenever he can. It's his way of staying fit and enjoying some personal time amidst a busy family life.
