    Winter 2021 Edition

    • Welcome to our Health & Wellbeing Hub.

    • There are definitely signs that winter is coming with chillier days and the weekend sounds of footy, whether it’s AFL, rugby or soccer.

Grab a coffee and have a read of our Winter edition where we look at some inside activities including cooking some super healthy recipes such as a warm bowl of homemade soup to warm you up from the inside out. Plus a great resistance band workout which is a great form of inside exercise.

We hope you enjoy our Winter Edition and if you have any feedback or ideas email them to marketing@quintessential.com.au, we would love to hear from you.
We would be delighted if you can forward this link to your team so they too can use the hub.

    Important health & wellbeing dates

Try something new and improve your health and wellbeing.

    • Dry July

Go Dry this July & raise funds to improve the wellbeing of people affected by cancer. Quit drinking this July to reap the long term benefits of improved wellbeing.

    • Cook

A simple way to get healthier and save is by making your own meals and eating at home. Restaurant food might be yummy but it can also be a little unhealthy and costly.

    • Save

Maybe you have spent a few extra nights out as a way to treat yourself post-lockdown. Maybe your bank account has seen a dent too. Now that it’s getting a bit colder, try to put a little extra savings away.

Get creative, slow down and cook!

    • When life gets busy we often forget how important it is to slow down. Although exercise is an important part of a balanced life, spending time to unwind, gardening, cooking, getting creative and slowing down is just as important for our mental health.
