    • With the warmer weather winding down, it only means one thing- Winter is upon us!

      But here at the Wellbeing Hub we’ve decided to turn up the heat and keep the good vibes going.

      This time around, the focus is all about staying happy and keeping those winter blues away. If you want to laugh, feel inspired and continue to stay motivated, you’re in the right place!

      It’s been proven that going to live events provide multiple benefits for your mind, body and soul. As we’ve spent the majority of the past two years inside, we think it’s time to get out and re-experience live entertainment. There are so many great gigs happening in Australia this year.

    • Take a (free) cooking class

      When was the last time you really enjoyed cooking? Or really nailed your mothers bolognese recipe? A silver lining of being in lockdown was that some of the best chefs in the world turned to social media to teach the world how to cook… For free!

    • Go for a weekend away

      Sometimes you need a weekend getaway to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Whether you want a quick day trip down the Great Ocean Road or a 3-day getaway to whisky taste in Tasmania- check out these adventurous suggestions.

    A little bit of nature, inside

    • Sometimes we need some sweet R&R in the comfort of our own home, but the beauty of technology means the entertainment of the great outdoors can come to us.

      The Phillip Island Nature Park has the world’s largest colony of Little Penguins who waddle up the beach to their homes every night at sunset. Not only are the penguins adorable, the Phillip Island rangers will have you in stitches.
