Extensive upgrades were made to the building. Quintessential Group of Companies, as a co-owner of the property, was responsible for the project management of all building upgrades and fit-outs, leasing, building management, facility management and oversight of the sale process through to settlement.

At the time of purchase 51 Queens Street tenants included Air Mauritius, Crone Partners and Menzies Institute of Technology. The aim was to undertake extensive upgrades so to meet the tenants requirements.
