Quintessential has secured development rights for an 8-storey, 100% electric, green-powered, fossil fuel-free commercial office building on the doorstep of the vibrant James Street precinct in the heart of Fortitude Valley.
The Arbory offers approximately 14,000 sqm of commercial office and is part of the wider St Patrick's Church urban regeneration precinct.
