Quintessential contracted to acquire the property in October 2010 and achieved a pre-commitment from Downer EDI Works (DEW) for a 16 year, triple-net lease, providing long-term, stable income. We constructed the office building, warehouse, chemical storage facility and hardstand under a fixed price contract with a major building company, while DEW installed and commissioned an asphalt plant. The works were completed in August 2011.

Outcome
Investors were paid an annual distribution throughout the life of the project including the construction period. This property was sold in Dec 2011.
