In return, we strive to provide a ‘no’ or indicative level of interest within a short timeframe. Our in-house construction and development expertise helps us understand angles to extract value where others can’t.

We trade assets and this means more fees for agents. We have a commitment to the selling agent that they will be appointed on the exit sale of the asset on a sole or conjunctional basis, as well as potentially undertaking the leasing and property management.

As Chief Investment & Operating Officer at Quintessential, Andrew brings a wealth of international experience to the company, ensuring investors and tenants alike receive a service that is nothing short of superior.

Andrew has great attention to detail and his expertise and skills include running large profitable operating businesses, reporting to boards and investment committees, establishing strategic plans, implementing business plans, raising capital and engagement with domestic and international investors.

Over the years, some of Andrew’s key achievements include having developed and acquired more than $25b of real estate across key sectors and overseeing and leading the management of Australia’s largest office portfolio.

Andrew has held the title of number one developer of office buildings across Australia over the last 30 years and the number one developer of world-leading sustainable buildings across Australia over the previous 15 years. Both are Australian all-time records, driven by Andrew’s passion for growth, change, and integration.

Noah’s passion for management of people and assets began more than 12 years ago, at Quintessential. Having progressed through the business and observed the growth of Quintessential, Noah has cultivated strong relationships with key stakeholders and the teams he works closely with. As Head of Existing Assets, Noah successfully oversees the transactions team to source appropriate opportunities to acquire property that meets the Quintessential mandate, including value add and core plus opportunities for office and industrial property. Engaging with the market and working with key stakeholders, Noah is skilled at procuring outstanding opportunities to feed to the asset management team.

Managing assets for Quintessential in various capacities for over a decade has given Noah a deep understanding of client needs, as well as the sourcing and regeneration of assets. Noah’s hands-on approach to leadership empowers the teams under his guidance to go above and beyond to provide an experience like no other for tenants. Noah oversees the asset management team to deliver on tenant engagement strategy, leasing and marketing strategy, CAPEX programs, and seamless management of buildings, while providing exceptional risk-mitigated returns. Noah prides himself on working closely with agents, tenants, and consultants to ensure all assets are managed in line with Quintessential’s ‘love the tenant’ philosophy. Under his leadership, Quintessential’s tenant retention rate remains exceptionally high.

Noah’s expertise in asset management allows him to manage tenant relationships and asset performance with a high level of service throughout the life cycle of a property. His close attention to detail and diligent approach has seen him develop and maintain meaningful relationships and allowed him to procure opportunities for acquisition that others might overlook. Quintessential and their clients continue to benefit from Noah’s passion for the mechanical and aesthetic regeneration of buildings, ensuring tenant satisfaction is a priority. With a strong focus on sustainability and design, Quintessential’s tenants are met with an excellent experience in which they can constantly thrive.

Xavier brings a wealth of experience to his role as Transactions Manager at Quintessential. With a history in property valuation and investment analysis, he is strongly positioned to provide robust analytical support to the strategic decision making of Quintessential. Xavier supports the investment team in sourcing, underwriting, acquisition strategy, due diligence and deal closure for acquisitions. His use of market research and industry knowledge allows Xavier to expertly manage cash flows and financial feasibility models, providing valuable information for potential acquisition opportunities.

Xavier’s proven ability to build trusted relationships enables him to work closely with agents to successfully track offerings and leads. Xavier is well respected in the industry and leverages his deliberate thinking and tenancy to find on and off-market buying opportunities. His high level of organisation and attention to detail allows him to run multiple cashflow scenarios and various projects concurrently with ease. Xavier’s strong interpersonal skills enables him to adequately communicate Quintessential’s buying mandates to ensure no opportunity is missed.

Responsible for all the cashflows for Quintessential’s purchases, Xavier assists the team in finding and transacting quality property purchases. Additionally, Xavier uses his strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals with the most favourable terms. With a Graduate Certificate of Finance from Macquarie University and Master of Property and Bachelor of Environments from the University of Melbourne, Xavier is a highly qualified critical thinker who brings a unique and valued perspective to Quintessential.

Xavier has developed a strong understanding of commercial real estate and the Australian market through his previous roles, including commercial property valuation for Knight Frank. In his roles as investment analyst and manager of acquisitions and investments at Vantage Property Investments, Xavier was heavily involved in the acquisition and investment functions of eight transactions worth over $450 million. Xavier is a motivated and high performing member of the Quintessential team, contributing to the continued growth of Quintessential and positive outcomes for investors.

Nathan is a skilled financial analyst with a passion for property cashflows.

He has a background in institutional commercial property valuations having reviewed assets of up to $1 billion in value across the office and industrial sectors. This has provided him with a strong foundation to review opportunities efficiently, identifying risks and discovering pathways to maximise an asset’s potential.

He is responsible for preparing underwrite models for potential acquisitions and establishing market assumptions to protect investor capital and enhance returns.

Matt joined Quintessential in 2023, bringing over four years of experience from commercial valuations at JLL where he undertook valuations and strategic analysis for a number of Australia’s largest property funds. Matt brings a vast degree of market knowledge to the role having built critical relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. With a Bachelor of Property and Valuations from RMIT, Matt continues to undertake further learning to progress his professional development.
