Quintessential has secured development rights for an 8-storey, 100% electric, green-powered, fossil fuel-free commercial office building on the doorstep of the vibrant James Street precinct in the heart of Fortitude Valley.

The Arbory offers approximately 14,000 sqm of commercial office and is part of the wider St Patrick's Church urban regeneration precinct. In a separate project to be delivered by the Archdiocese of Brisbane, the Church will undergo an extensive restoration, cementing its position at the centre of the project.

With Development Approval secured, The Arbory will be an urban oasis surrounded by 4,200 sqm of newly created public space, landscaping and 'Ficus Obliqua' fig trees anchored by the heritage listed Church, originally constructed in the 1880s.
