An industrial estate, featuring an A-Grade industrial office warehouse of 9,928sqm which was constructed in 2002.
Located in the south western growth corridor of Ingleburn approx 44km from Sydney CBD.
At purchase, the warehouse was leased to Schneider Electric (Australia) Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of multinational Schneider Electric SA.
We won a competitive tender process to deliver a new and expanded distribution facility for Schneider Electric.
With the surplus land we engaged surveyors to provide the most efficient subdivision plans if the tenant decided not to renew their lease.
We delivered a new facility integrated with the existing facility delivering a GLA of 17,500sqm. The construction was completed on time and within budget while the tenant continued operations.
The tenant committed to a new 12 year lease, with the remainder of the site subdivided.
Property was sold in May 2017.
