Since completion in 1990, the building had minimal capex spend. Over the past 2 years an $8 million regeneration program has been undertaken including a full mechanical and aesthetic upgrade; with painting of the façade and refurbishments to ground and on-floor lobbies, bathrooms and end-of-trip facilities.
