    We aim to regenerate the building aesthetically and mechanically to attract and retain quality tenants, providing stabilised, long-term income to investors.

    Activities

    At settlement, the property was 80% leased to two international corporate tenants. Covidien (formerly Tyco Healthcare) and TV ratings company Nielsen Television Audience Measurement (Nielsen), both had been long term occupiers of the building and the lease extension followed their decision to take additional space to cater for their continued growth.

    Upgrade work was undertaken to the ground floor lobby and external facade of the building.

     

    Outcome

    Following the successful building upgrade the vacant space was fully leased within the first 12 months following settlement.

    Property was sold in Dec 2015.
