    Quintessential equity seeks up to $300 million of commercial assets

    • QE successfully closed our Master Fund No.2 therefore we now have the buying capacity of up to $300 million. This allows us to be capital ready to take advantage of attractive buying opportunities that meet our strict buying criteria, targeting value add and core plus office and industrial assets across Australia.

      While the longer term consequences of the pandemic are difficult to predict we believe that our strict buying conditions combined with our team’s expertise in re-engineering and improving buildings will be incredibly valued at this time.

    • We are open to purchasing:

      • value-add assets (buildings which need noteworthy improvement) that are up to 100 per cent vacant;
      • core plus assets (buildings which need light improvement) that are up to 50 per cent vacant with multiple tenancies; and
      • across Australia in nationwide CBD locations as well as fringe markets.
