    Quintessential Equity completes two impressive new fit out projects in Canberra

    Quintessential Equity is very pleased to be able to share photos of the recently completed fit out works for two of our client-tenants in Canberra.

    Both of these client-tenants have committed to 10 Moore Street and 14 Moore Street for a period of five years.

    10 Moore Street – Arup – Tenancy area of 170m2

    Quintessential Equity worked collaboratively with our client-tenants, Arup, to construct a fit out that meets their work space requirements.

    Quintessential Equity took a proactive approach to this project. We engaged a designer and an architect to produce concepts for Arup to approve, then utilised our in-house Project and Construction Manager to construct the tenancy.

    From commencement to completion, the fit out works took approximately 10 weeks. The fit out includes brand new ceiling grid and tiles, new carpet tiles, new T5 lighting and swirl diffusers, new workstations and chairs, meeting tables and brand new kitchen.

     

    14 Moore Street – Paxus – Tenancy area of 190m2

    Quintessential worked closely with Paxus throughout the upgrade process, ensuring the work space needs of the client-tenant were met.

    Quintessential Equity once again took a hands-on approach to this project. We engaged a designer and an architect to produce concepts for Paxus to approve, then utilised our in-house Project and Construction Manager to construct the tenancy.

    From commencement to completion, the fit out works took close to 8 weeks. The fit out includes brand new ceiling grid and tiles, new carpet tiles, new T5 lighting and swirl diffusers, new workstations and chairs, meeting tables and brand new kitchen.
