The 2022 Australia-Israel Chamber of Commerce Property Forum Lunch and the QE Investor Presentation

After an extended period of not being able to host large investor events, it was great to see so many investors at the recent AICC Property Forum and QE Update.

Over 150 QE investors joined us for a presentation on where we are seeing value in the commercial office and industrial markets against the backdrop of significant economic upheaval. In addition to sharing our ‘house-views,’ our Executive Chairman Shane Quinn and CEO Russell Bullen presented on the tangible steps we take in implementing our proven ‘Love the Tenant Philosophy’.  This simple philosophy which has been embedded in our business since establishment, embraces a proactive approach with a customer-focused attitude.  It was clear to all the direct correlation between happy tenants and strong investor returns.  As usual, the question time at the conclusion was both very interactive and engaging for all.

Subsequent to the QE Presentation, all guests then moved into the AICC Property Forum Luncheon together with a further 500 guests where a panel of industry experts presented their views on the volatility in the current property market and it’s impact on various property sectors. A wide-range of topics were also covered by the panel including how to achieve a more sustainable and diverse construction industry, the ongoing impacts of COVID-19 and government policy which needs to be reviewed.

It was great day with many interesting learnings, but most importantly an opportunity to spend time together with some investors.
