When constructing or regenerating office buildings, we target a minimum of 4.5 Star NABERS base building energy rating. Existing office buildings in our portfolio are under continual assessment for improvement opportunities. Our internal engineering expertise has allowed us to increase and maintain ratings in our buildings across Australia.

In 2017, Quintessential Equity’s new WorkSafe Victoria headquarters was the first in Australia to be awarded WELL Precertification by the International WELL Building InstituteTM (IWBI™) in both of the two categories – Core & Shell, and Interiors – together.
