Quintessential Equity seeks up to $300 million of commercial assets
Quintessential Equity is proud to be expanding its commercial asset portfolio through the funds raised in Master Fund No.2 and we are seeking up to $300 million of commercial office and industrial properties to add to our already extensive property portfolio.
We are optimistic that recent changes in property, investor and asset management sectors will provide new opportunities for property acquisition in the months ahead and we are wanting to speak to agents and vendors who meet the requirements of our buying metrics (link to buying mandate).
We source properties within industrial and commercial sectors including B+ and C+ Grade offices, as well as Secondary industrial assets that provide positive returns for investors and value for our tenants that lease them.
QE is also open to purchasing value-add assets (buildings which need noteworthy improvement) that are up to 100 per cent vacant and core plus assets (buildings which need light improvement) that are up to 50 per cent vacant with multiple tenancies, with all buildings purchased adhering to the Quintessential Equity standard.
Over the last few years we have sold $360 million worth of assets compared to only $140 million of purchases in the same period and our next move will see us shift from being overall sellers to net buyers.
We believe a great time to buy is fast approaching and are wanting to speak to agents regarding suitable properties in nationwide CBD locations as well as fringe markets.
Despite volatility in the market, we are proud to say that we are capital-ready and are confident with the conditions available that can fulfil our, and our investors, requirements.
